Chantel, I'm reading TIME and sad to see your picture. I lived in Viet-Nam 68-70, taught school, & was married to an Air America/CIA pilot KIA Laos 18 Feb 70. Retired from 43 yrs teaching, I volunteer at the VA Hosp teaching creative writing in their Vet Recovery Center. The holidays are sad. Time does heal; however, at the Viet-Nam Memorial, Maya Lin envisioned a scar in the earth, healed but visible; black reflecting life. I hope the new year brings blessing to you and your family as you enjoy the journey...on the "write" track. Namaste

To the family and friends of Jonathan Blunk; Please accept my sincerest, heartfelt condolences at this time of extreme sorrow and tragedy. My heart breaks for you, but he was an American Hero. There can be some comfort and a sense of pride to be had knowing that. He will never be forgotten. May he rest in peace.
