On October 26, 2012, Miriam Sims passed peacefully away in her home. She is preceded in death by her parents, Miriam and Carl Wilson. She is survived by her daughters, Yvonne Min and Teresa Gingras; her sister Yvonne Evans; her son-in-law John Min, and her grandchildren, Tyler and Lila Min. Miriam was a pioneering business woman, a true patron of the arts, an unflagging defender of human rights, enthusiastic oenophile, world-traveler, and ever the consummate hostess. Her generosity, compassion and positivity made the world a brighter place for which she will always be remembered by her devoted friends and family. A celebration of her life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on November 16 at Noah's Place (11885 N. Bradburn Blvd, Westminster, Colorado).
