David Oliver Relin wrote a wonderful book about hope, faith, and integrity that has served as an inspiration to me and my children. I have no doubt about his own personal integrity and am deeply saddened by his loss. My children and I send our heartfelt condolences to his family and loved ones at this time of great loss.

I met David a few years ago and sold him a book case from my antique shop for his office. We got to talking and he explained he was going to Willamette University to give a talk that day. I was so impressed and never believed anything bad about him. That evening when I came home, I told my husband all about meeting him, and how inspiring it was to me to see someone doing something really amazing. I am so very sorry for your loss.
