Doug, I only knew you for about 4 years at Vista Valley when we saw one another in our fitness center. I learned that your dad had passed early in his 50's and you weren't going to let that happen to you so fitness became your passion. I was trying to rehab my knee after injuries and you were so encouraging to me. I grew to love you like a brother although I was 21 years your senoir, and I began to idolize you for your warmth and passion. My dearest love and affection go out to your wife Cheryl and family. Rest in pease brother. John Dahlgren

I was so sad to learn of Doug's passing. I knew Doug in high school and have many memories of him. He was an outstanding athlete in basketball and baseball. Our little group of girls would follow the teams everywhere to watch Doug and his teammates play ball. Doug worked at the grocery store. He drove a maroon '57 Chevy with pink taillights. Everyone knew Doug and everyone liked him. It's no surprise he went far in life and made many friends. R.I.P. Doug

Doug,
You were an inspiration to anyone who was involved with the growth of business. The combination of your aptitude, personality, and natural leadership, will remain unmatched. If you were involved, it was first class all the way. Man, I'm going to miss you. Fear not though, as you will live on through your children and grand children. God Speed until we meet again.
