You and Allen made my day when we ran into each other in Cedar City back in 1979 as I was attending college. I was having a difficult day and you were my home teachers from Taylorsville. When you showed up at my work I remember tears came to my eyes, I was so happy to see both of you. I loved both of you dearly and was always glad to see you. Allen was always smiling and I loved that about him. My prayers are with you family through this time. God be with you.
Brother Anderson was such a happy, cheerful man and the best Grandpa of the ward! Love him and send my condolences to Betty. Will be greatly missed! Great Example to all!
Allen is such an amazing man! He and Betty have always been wonderful examples to me in my life! Love to you and your great family! Sad that our own "President Hinkley" is gone!
I am so sorry that I didn't find out soon enough so Kim and I could come to the funeral and say our good byes. We loved Allen so much. I know that my Dad and Mother will be there to welcome Allen with loving arms. I loved his smile and kind remarks talking to me. Love to you Betty. Jackie Dymock Barrett
To Aunt Betty and family. Growing up next to you gave me a blessed and lengthy exposure to Uncle Allen and Aunt Betty and the kids. I couldn't have asked for better neighbors. Much has already been said about Allen's kindness and his loving nature but it bears repeating. Every memory I have of him is a loving one. His smiling face and eternal optimism made an enormous impact on me. How lucky we were as kids to be "raised by a village". I love you Uncle Allen. I will do my best to be terrific until we meet again.
was a great example to me and family reminded me of president kimball what a great man will miss him
He was the sweetest man!! I loved coming into church and seeing his smiling face. He will truly be missed. He was a great example to me and my family.
He was the NICEST man, always smiling, and I am richer for having known him. Peace be with you, his family.
Truly Allen was a terrific man and teacher in my life! I will forever be grateful for his example and mentoring. I am deeply humbled by the privilege to have been involved with the Anderson family early in my life at a time when I needed the positive influence and the clear direction of the gospel in my life. Allen's example does remind me that life is terrific because we have our families and an eternal understanding of their importance. I truly hope that the next time I see him that I can report a job well done. Until we meet again my friend.
I consider Uncle Allen one of God's tender mercies in my life. He always brightened my day every time I was around him and made me feel special and valued and loved. His constant positive attitude (among his other great attributes) motivated me to name my youngest son after him. Paula Coats Anderson
