Dear Family,
I'm grateful to have read the obituary of Lester Charles. My love and condolences to each of you.
At a convenient time I would appreciate hearing from one of you and receive a
pedigree chart of your father's. My progenitors were from Ohio and back to New England.

Dear Bartletts, We were missionaries at Adam-ondi-Ahman and got to know your parents. They were lovely people and we enjoyed them very much. We are sure that you Father will be greatly missed. May the Lord bless your families. Dan & Geri Talbot, Queen Creek, AZ

I am so thankful to have known both Joyce and Lester! I love the Bartlett family. My thoughts and prayers are with you this Saturday as you celebrate his life. Wish I could be there. Love to you all.

Our thoughts & prayers go out to the entire Bartlett family. Les was one of the finest men to walk the earth, in my opinion. He adored his wife, Joyce, and was always so proud of his fine sons. It warms my heart to think of their sweet & eternal reunion. He served faithfully as YM President during my teenage years. My father, Walter D. Haggard, was bishop at the time and told us often what a great man Lester Bartlett was and how he loved working with him. He was always so kind to me & my family. It was such an honor to know him. He will be greatly missed. Our prayers are with your family at this time.

He will be missed. He was like a living history book that you wanted to keep listening to.
