I'm so sorry to hear about your Dad passing. Although we haven't spoken for almost 40 years, I wanted you to know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time. I thought Harold was a great father and family man. I hope he rests in peace.

Aunt Ruth, Debbie, Cindy, and Chad it saddened me to hear of Uncle Harolds passing but also made me remmember many good times like riding Charcol the pony and then later Babe , Uncle Harold gave me my first employment cutting lawns at the Safeways and the Villa he taught me how to trim piracantha with out getting poked, then we moved on to putting up fences and installing sprinklers he gave me such a good work ethic. I remmember going to Derks field on the 4th and watching the fireworks and on the 24th going to the parade then to Chevron park and swimming and picnics. helping you move from Canyon Rim to where you are now also brings back found memories of my dad. i remmember working at the state fair for his uncle. our families were always so close we did alot together. who can ever forget all the tree hunts, when we were asked how did we get 16 trees on that little pick up truck. it is good to know that there was a big reunion in heaven. Till we meet again 'Robbie'

My fondest memories of Uncle Harold are from the Derbidge gatherings. I remember his sense of humor and how he could makes us kids smile and laugh. I too remember the many times he and Aunt Ruth opened their homes to the Derbidge clan and there were many of us. Aunt Ruth I am so sorry for your loss, I hope that the many Happy memories you have will help you through this time of loss and sorrow. Uncle Harold was loved and will be missed and remembered by many.
Love to you and your family,
Mary Derbidge Black
