I didn't know Brian until I met Marty. Some of the things we love about Marty are the things those two had in common: the outdoors, biking, hiking, camping, the knack to fix anything, the want to help anyone(to a fault),love of their Rocky Mountains & Jeeps. Brian jumped in his jeep & took me to work @ Mercy in a snowstorm when Matt was a baby. Two days later he was back to pick me up in the old jeep. My rescuer.

Brian will always be remembered in our hearts. He was a member of our wedding party, and a good friend. While he did enjoy his Jeep, I fondly remember his Olds Cutlass Supreme. When my own Cutlass was totaled we simply salvaged the rear bumper off of mine, and put it on his! I recall him listening to Journey as we cruised around town and up to Saylorville. Top of the Dam!!! Brian also knew how to play RISK through all hours of the night, and Backgammon also. And Asteroids at the Hawaiian lounge. Geeze we had great fun. We were there when Cherry Glen had tent pads, and we are probably the reason they were removed! Ha! Sure glad we were never loud when camping!
We still love you Brian. Rest in Peace.

Extending sincere sympathy to all the family. I have fond memories of you from Hoover days.

Brian and I grew up together through jr. high and high school. So many memories. He was always ready and willing to help a friend, or anyone for that matter. I have been remembering the times we spent getting into trouble in "the jeep", as we all knew it. Stuck and stranded, usually somewhere we weren't supposed to be! Like the night we were out near the mile long bridge at Saylorville and the electrical system went out. I had to stand up and hold a flashlight on the road while Brian drove home. Years spent camping out in Colorado and working to get our Eagle Scout together. Most of my best memories from those days include Brian. I regret that we didn't have a chance to sit around a campfire and reminisce. Rest in peace Brian.
