So sorry for your loss, Linda. I remember Mike as a hard worker that always had a lot of fun.
May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
So sorry and my condolences to Mikes family. I graduated with and went to school with brother Bob Mackey, and knew Mike, always a nice smile and a hello. You will be missed.
I railroaded with Mike for over 30 of those years on the Rock Island and Iowa Interstate and he was a great friend and co-worker and will be missed by all.
Linda, I have searched the internet for you two for years. Not sure if you remember me hanging out at your house on Payton. The girl next store who babysat, cleaned, and hung out with you when Mike was gone on the railroad. Remember we taught little Mikey to lift his shirt and let us rub his belly! I am so sorry for your loss. I have always had great memories of you and Mike. This picture of him looks just like he did when I knew him. Hugs
I graduated with Mike, he was a good friend to me in high school. My thoughts and prayers are sent to his family. He was a great friend whom will be greatly missed.
It is so sad to see people you have known pass through your life suddenly appear somewhere you hadn't expected, but know eventually that each and every one of us will follow this same path someday. To Linda and family,we will remember Mike with having so much fun and laughter inside of him, and meeting you and your family years ago at S.D.M. Little League. Our deep sorrow for your loss.
