I have known Lori in the food business nearly her entire career. Being a saleman of meat and produce, I called on her at her various places of work. She was a great customer and a huge inspiration to me. We had many talks about our faith and our heavenly Father. I look forward to seeing her in Heaven some day.

Lori will be missed immeasurably among myself and the rest of the hospitality industry in Iowa. She had a major impact on my life at an age when I needed direction. My life is what it is today because of her encouragement.
Lori touched my life and my heart in a way few others have done. I loved her as a toddler, a teen and as the beautiful woman that she became. You shared your love with my granddaughter's and with me when Mindy passed. Now the two of you are heavenly friends. You were and are loved Lori and you will be greatly missed.
