Making sure that I tell any friend I have that parents are still with them, to make sure they video tape their parents. Because when you are gone you, I hurts the most when I can't hear your voice, hear your laugh. I love you so much. Love you Dad.

Today is the last day of grieving therapy. They gave me tools that I will use throughout this....hell.
