Mrs. Kent and family:
I worked with Dr. Kent many years ago on a urology unit at Methodist Hospital where I was the Assistant Nurse Manager. He was an extremely kind and gentle man. It speaks very hightly of a person when one can say that his patients loved him, his fellow physicians admired him, the nursing staff respected him. All of you are in my thoughts and prayers.

I had to have my right kidney removed in 1996 and Dr. Kent was my surgeon. Needless to say, I was frightened beyond words, but his kindness, compassion, wisdom and sense of humor helped me get through the ordeal. He was a wonderful human being and I am deeply saddened to learn of his passing. I extend my heartfelt sympathy to his loved ones. I'm so sorry for your loss. Rest in peace, Dr. Kent.

Cecilia,
I worked with Mike at the Grand Ave. office. He was that rare individual who could be both a boss and a friend.
I am very glad to have known him. My deepest sympathy to you and family.

Dr. Kent was such a kind soul and had such witty humor. A old school doctor in the sense that he never rushed his patients and always took the time to personally return their calls.
A great man who's legacy will live on through his family and those that continue their lives as a result of his compassionate care.
I only wish I could have known him better. God bless you Dr. Kent and may God comfort your family knowing you are at peace with our Heavenly Father.
