Just heard about Scott's passing and was devastated. He was one of the greatest gentlemen I've ever met and will never forget the great times I shared with him and his wife Valerie. RIP my friend, Heavens a better place with you in it.

I remember Scott and his drum kit in your basement on 20th Street. A nice guy, gone too soon, but always remembered. My grandparents next door, Ted and Ruth Stuart, liked all the Lenitons very much, as did I:) All my very best, David Stuart investigateiowa@aol.com

Scott was "an original" in every way. Such an outgoing and interesting friend, always, no matter how long one was separated. I will always remember his ready wit, strong, insightful personality, and warm heart. He'll truly be missed at our future VHS gatherings. Cindy Crone-Koepsel

Cynthia, Walt, Doug, Brian and Linda,
The entire Swegle family is grieving with you in the loss of Scott. Growing up across the street from you, Scott was like a brother to me and I will miss him very much! I remember the "band" in the basement of your house and Scott drumming. He was impressive! Going even further back, the peanut hunts in your back yard were a blast and Scott always picked up the most. I will truly miss our talks, too. Lots of love to you all, Laurie Swegle
