Vince and I just heard of Brent's passing and feel so sad. Although many years have passed since we last saw him, we were lucky to have known him. Brent was a wonderful, sweet caring man. We will pray for you Judy and Scout, Kelly and Jessica.

So sorry to hear of Brent's passing. I knew him in 5th and 6th grade at Ben Milam. I remember him as a friend.

Dear Judy,

Our prayers are with you and your family. We were so saddened by this loss. There are no words to describe it. Brent was a wonderful, compassionate man, we are glad we had the privilege to know him.

From college to now it was a wonderul trip. I was there at your wedding, there at the birth of your children, and there in the room when you were diagnosed with Hodgkins. Even at that moment you were worried about Judy getting home okay instead of being worried about yourself. Little did we know it would contribute to this final struggle for life disguised as lung cancer. Your life was lived out loud. You were calm, gracious, and amazing through it all. Then I was there for your funeral. My heart hurts for you and for Judy and your family. I hope I can one day say that an Angel came to escort me home. That says it all. I am sorry you were not able to be here to see your grandchildren born, but if I know you, you will be wrangling to be assigned as their guardian angel. If that's not allowed, then ask to be mine, I can use all the guidance you can spare. Its painful to say goodbye, but it was so painful for you to live, so my dear beloved friend, I will always hold you in my heart and pray for your family to find their way back to happiness. With love and respect, Kathy Marcum (formerly Kelley) Fetters
