Dr. C!! Dr. Jack delivered me, Dr. Don removed my tonsils, Dr. Ralph and Dr. Mike were my classmates, but you were my boss, my friend, but most of all my big brother. I so appreciated all the advise you shared with me over the years, as well as your encouragement when I got married and began my family. When I would slip in the back door of the clinic and visit you when I was in town you would always take a few minutes to have your "big brother" questions ready for me. You were there when my dad was in the hospital, and when he transitioned to heaven. You took care of my mom, not only as her physician, but as a friend during her bereavement, and you shared your advise to me as I grieved as well. You even took care of mom, by preparing her for your transition, by recommending a new doctor, with whom she is pleased, just a couple of weeks before your transition. Miss you and thanks for your friendship!
