Only just found out about Gerald's passing. Jut wanted to say what a lovely gentleman he was. He used to call me regularly in the UK after I did research for him about Edna's stage career and it was always a joy chatting with him about the old days. I'll bet he's up there cracking jokes and laughing with Edna right now. Thanks for being a friend Gerald and condolences to his family.

To the family of Gerald Flanagan - I never met your Father but my Dad, Robley O'Farrell, flew 30 missions with your Dad in WW2... I have collected numerous stories about their missions and have quite an array of photographs - although not as many of your Dad but still there are several good ones. If you would like to contact me, I would be happy to share these stories and mementos of two of the greatest generation to live... my phone number is 425-941-7175 or you can contact me at my email address jamesofarrell@hotmail.com.

God bless your Dad for his service to his country...

Gerald Flanagan was a gentleman who adored his wife Edna and his children. Seldom will be meet a kinder couple. They helped me so much at a critical time in my life. I won't forget their loving kindness.
