Our hearts are saddened by Andy's homegoing, but we know that Andy is having a Heavenly Reunion with his family who has gone before him. In reading his wonderful stories of family and their adventures in growing up, there is a central theme throughout of devout faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. This is a wonderful legacy of hope, peace and love that he leaves to his children and grandchildren.

I am truly sorry for your loss. I always liked Mr. Litzler and enjoyed his smile and handshake when he greeted me! He will be missed.

Dear Wilma Sue...so sorry to hear of Andy's Homegoing. Tho we seldom see you, we think of you often as Sharon has always 'kept us to date' on you and precious Family. I will always remember what a great time we all had worshipping together at Second Avenue Bapt. Church in S.Dallas 'back in the day'....with you playing the accordion and your lovely Mother playing the piano and cute little Glenda Kay singing!
Please take comfort from our prayers in the days ahead as you adjust to this loss.
Love you, Brenda Frazier Penland

We will remember Andy as a great friend from our life in the fellowship of Travis Avenue Baptist Church. Our prayers are with the family.

Andy came into our branch of the Litzler family about 10 years ago when he contacted me to see if we are related. Thanks to his efforts we discovered we were indeed related (we are second cousins first removed) with ancestry originating from the same area in France ( about 4 miles apart ). Because of Andy's efforts I was able in 2005 to meet common friends in France who knew my cousin, Raymond and got them reacquainted after 30 years.

Andy was a true professional, a gentleman, a good Christian, a considerate, thoughtful ,kind and very giving human being.

Andy will be missed and will remain in my thoughts forever.

May God bless Andy and all our family in this time of sorrow and reflection.

It is a sad day. I truly enjoyed every newsletter Andy and Wilma were kind enough to provide. Andy and I talked by email often and we shared pictures and interests. He provided thoughtful and interesting bits of knowledge and wonderful stories of family. I looked forward to every newsletter or note from Andy. I will miss his wisdom, humor, knowledge and friendship immensely. God Bless, Andy.

Andy had so much enthusiasm for sharing news about his family, from his immediate loved ones all the way to distant cousins in distant countries. His knowledge and love will live on in those he touched with his wonderful correspondence. Thank you for sharing Andy with us.
