we've never met. I was shocked to hear today of Brian's passing. I worked in Australia with Brian at Lend Lease for several years. I was the one who talked him into investing in Crocodile Dundee.
We also had a large slot car racing set in our garage and Brian uses to come over fregularly with his tool box full of F1 cars as did our Managing Director, Graham Taylor and his kids ...it was a fun time. Infact Brian became like one of the family during those years and our small group at work had a great time and were forever taking each other out to long lunches amongs the long hard days of Project Development.
Whilst I have been to the USA many times I lost contact with Brian and only heard of Brian's passing by a chance meeting with a colleuge I had not seen in some 25 years
My best wishes to you and your family

Pattie, I am deeply sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.
Brian was always a pleasure to work with and I considered him a friend. He will be missed.
Without Brian, Southlake would just be a dot on the map. His vision for Town Square was the start of everything that followed. I remember Brian walking through Town Square often - overseeing every detail. Our condolences to the family. Brian was a wonderful, generous person and will be greatly missed by the citizens of Southlake
To the Stebbins Family: I am deeply sorry for your loss, but will remember Mr. Stebbins each morning as I walk by the plaque in his honor on my way into Town Hall where I work, in beautiful Town Square. May he rest in peace. Gone but NEVER forgotten.
I am forever blessed to have had Brian, and everyone I have met because of him, in my life. My Cooper & Stebbins family will be a forever part of my life. God bless you, Pattie, Carter and Jenna, and Brian's Mom and family, with his peace. And, to Frank and Denise and all of my C&S family, God's blessings and peace, as well. BIG hugs. I know how much you will miss your friend and partner. Rest in peace, Brian. You will always be remembered with love & gratitude.
Our thoughts are with all of you. It has been a difficult time for the Stebbins family this past year and may you find peace in knowing the Steb and Brian are with one another once again.
You all are in our thoughts and prayers. Deepest sympathies to your lovely family. May his memory be eternal. God bless you and give you comfort and peace.
All our love,,
Beverly and George Fox
May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.
You will be missed Brian.
May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.
Our sincerest condolences to the Stebbins family for your loss. It seems like yesterday that my wife and I attended an event in an open field where Brian had set up a number of easels with pictures of his vision of what Southlake Town Square would look like. I recall that there were some skeptics, but Brian persevered time and time again to make "our town" a reality. I recall one day talking to him near the fountain in front of the municipal building. I said: "Brian, you must be proud. How many people can say that, in their lifetime, they created a town where there was none"? I could tell he was pleased by my remarks, but he also immediately praised all the others who helped make it happen. That was Brian. Thanks for your vision and all you have done for so many and now, may God grant you eternal peace. We will all miss you. Southlake Town Square will never quite be the same without you.
What a blessing it was to be Carter & Jenna's third grade teacher. I always enjoyed your parent teacher conferences because both mom and dad would come. Your dad had a twinkle in his eyes when talking about you two, both of your parents' love and support always evident.
The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms. Deu.33:27
Our office has been located in Southlake Town Square for 12 years. I have always heard of the vision Brian Stebbins had for the complex & am in awe of this vision as it has come to pass. Our practice has been very well served in this location. Thank you for your insight. You will be missed by many. Debbie with Johnson & Collins Orthodontics

Pattie, just wanted to tell you that I am thinking about you. I still remember babysitting for Carter while you and Brian took a much needed night out to spend time together. It's hard to believe he is not here, but I hope you and your family find some peace and happiness now that he isn't suffering anymore.
Pattie, while I am sad for us who are left behind, I am happy that Brian is now experiencing peace in Heaven. Brian is the reason I came to Southlake 15+ years ago & the reason I ventured out with my own business. I have peace & I pray for peace for you, Carter & Jenna. We will see Brian again when we reach heaven. God has him now and the work he did here on earth will be with us always as a reminder of all he did for all of us. I can't wait to see you at the Hilton on Monday. Jillian is looking forward to seeing you too.

Oh sweet Pattie, my heart hurts for you. comfort comes over time and through God. May you be filled with Peace!
Prayers go up for the Stebbins family. Brian gave so much to Southlake. This town would not be as great as it is if it were not for Brian and his vision and his family support.

To the Stebbins family: on behalf of the staff at Malouf's, please accept our most heartfelt sympathy at a time of the loss of a great human being, whose very spirit is stamped on the community here in Town Square. He created more than a downtown, he helped found a center from which a community flowered, and continues today as strong as ever. We will miss him, but are reminded of him every day as we see the people who live here as a result of his vision.
Our deepest sympathies,
John B. Malouf, Chairman

Pattie, Carter and Jenna, words cannot describe the remarkable person Brian was. Having the pleasure of being his first employee in Southlake for the Town Square project and working with him for 3 years was one of the most intriguing times of my life. I adored Brian and his enthusiasm, visions and all around brilliance. What a wonderful man!! We shared a lot during those few years and not only did I learn so much from him and LOVED working with him, he was a wonderful friend. One of the most memorable things about Brian to me is his smile. It just lit up the whole room. You all will forever be in my thoughts and heart. Love, Pat
Pattie, Carter, and Jenna, praying that you will cherish all the wonderful memories you have of Brian. It is so wonderful that his legacy will live on forever in Southlake Town Square! We are so fortunate to have known Brian as a neighbor and friend. God Bless!

I will always remember my 10 years at Cooper & Stebbins and all laughing as we worked hard to put new buildings on the ground. This period of time and everyone that I worked with at Cooper & Stebbins will always be a part of my heart. I am so sorry that we lost Brian so young and all of his family and friends are in my thoughts and prayers.
On behalf of my family and my company, please accept our heartfelt condolences for your family's loss. Brian was one of the best partners a retailer could ever wish for and always supported our store and spa in Southlake. He was also an amazing friend to me and my family. I remember well when he took time out of his busy schedule to spend a few hours with my daughter years ago to help her prepare for an upcoming trip to New Zealand. It was one of many examples I witnessed of his wonderful generosity and willingness to help others. May God bless and comfort your family.
