My daughter was named Frances Green because of Frances Tatum's Godliness & sweet spirit. We went to High School together. You don't forget people like Frances Tatum Toung.
Frances was my mentor when I was a first year teacher at Plano East. She helped me in so many ways. We were more than colleagues at East, we were a family. I am so sorry to have missed the service. Frances adored her children and grandchildren and was so proud of all of you. Please know that you are in my prayers.
I have worked with Frances when Plano East opened. She was a beautiful and kind colleague and friend. My sincere condolences. Pauline Sinnamon

Gene. I am so sorry to hear that Frances passed away. When she retired in May of 2000 I was the one that replaced her as a teacher here at Plano East. She was such a joy to be around. Never depressed, enjoyed life, and loved her family dearly.
