Frankie made a difference during her time at Desert View Middle School in El Paso, Texas! She inspired me to be a better teacher. I will always remember her kindness and passion for students. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with those she left behind!!!
So sorry to hear of Frankie's passing. I knew her while on the board of the Texas State Reading Association. She was always so energetic, charming, and quite a fashion icon in my book! She will be sorely missed. My thoughts & prayers go out to her family.
We were so sorry to hear about Frankie and truly sorry we had not kept in touch lately. Our thoughts and prayers to you, David, Sandy & Julie.
Dear David, Sandy, Julie and family,
Although we were unable to attend Frankie's funeral today, we are pleased that we were able to spend some time with you all at the viewing last night.
Frankie was such a remarkable, accomplished woman, and she touched the lives of so many people in so many positive ways. We will always remember her gentleness and sweetness.
Our thoughts and prayers will remain with you. If there is anything we can do to help you through this difficult time, please do not hesitate to call us.

Thoughts and prayers to your family. I remember how much "Nona" loved her grandkids, and their love for her. I know you will all miss her greatly.
Frankie will be remembered as an inspiration to many teachers for her leadership in the International Reading
Association in El Paso and Texas. My sincere sympathy in her
I knew Frankie through a graduate course in reading for K-3 teachers in Dallas and through Voyager. She was a competent professional, bright, resilient, affirming, and committed to teaching. All her great evaluations attest to that. Even more important, I liked being around Frankie because she was fun. I remember playing slots once after a training in Las Vegas. I know that her passing will leave a big hole in your lives, one that may take years to fill. I add my prayers to many that will be offered at St. Jude for a very nice lady it was my privilege to know.
I was so sorry to hear of Frankie's passing. We worked together years ago with Voyager. She was always a true professional. And on the personal side -she was a real sweetheart. She will be missed.
Sorry to hear about Frankie. May God bless and watch over you and your family during these times. You're in mine and Lisa's thoughts and prayers.
David, Sandy, and Julie, it was such a privilege to have a colleague, friend, and "partner in crime" as I had in Frankie. I remember going to conferences, working and delivering workshops, working side-by-side with Frankie, but the most rewarding was Frankie's infectious laugh and positive outlook on life. Such a professional. She was such a gracious and grand lady. I will miss her very much.
I am so sorry for your loss. Your mother was a wonderful lady with a great sense of humor and an enormous heart. My heart and my prayers are with you and your entire family.

Dear David and family,
I am so sorry to hear about Frankie's passing. I had no idea she was sick. She was such a good friend all through high school. Such good memories. It's unfortunate that we lost touch soon after that, as is so often the case. We had a wonderful visit at our 50th reunion, I will cherish that memory! May God bless you and comfort you in the days to come. I did not know that Bobby was gone. My heart goes out to you all, Toni
