I have known Jack all my life.My father DeWitt Miller and Jack were best friends for so many years. I remember as a child listening to them laugh and laugh at themselves! Sunday afternoons after church Jack,Freda and the children would come over for hours.. the parents would drink coffee and enjoy each other's company. I grew up thinking that Jack was a relative!! He was a good SOUL that will be missed.
I have such fond memories of Deputy Chief Bicknell. I worked for him for several years. He was a very special person. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
What a great guy Jack was. Enjoyed sitting on the patio at Meadowbrook and him telling cop stories from his days with the FWPD. We'll miss him alot.
On behalf of the Fort Worth Police Association, we wish to extend our condolences and prayers to the family. We thank you for allowiing us to share in Jack's life and his chosen profession.
Dear Brian and family,
I am sitting here thinking of words that describe Jack. He was smart, kind, honorable, dignified, fun and witty. He was a great influence on you. Brian, I know a smile or some thing he said or did will pop up in your thoughts and those thoughts will make you smile. He will forever be in your heart. I love you...Joy
