I will always remember you as the faithful, caring nextdoor neighbor to us. My heart is with your family during this time...
Over the years, we have so many wonderful memories of you. You did so many things for us and there was never anything you could not do! You went beyond any thing we asked and we will never forget you. You always knew how to make us laugh. You also had such a positive attitude that was so muchly appreciated. We'll miss you!
Grandma, you have always been such an important part of my life. I can't remember a time when you weren't there to babysit us when we were little or just to spend time with us having fun. All of my favorite memories have you in them. We always enjoyed being together even if we didn't have anything to say :) I love you and miss you more than words can express.
I remember some of those living room tents! Grandma always had time for a little fun. I remember playing games for hours, and going through the house finding things to play dress up. We would go through mountains of pictures and she would tell the stories. My Grandma had the most giving spirit, but her best gift was always her time. She made you feel welcome and loved. She will be greatly missed.
Our family was so lucky to have you in our lives. We loved seeing you at the Sack and Ave Grocery nearly every week, Mary and Martha. Gave us a real lift! You were always happy and glad to see us. You will be greatly missed. We will meet again in Heaven. Lots of love Sonnie and Martha Gibson
Grandma, we miss you so much already. You were such a blessing in our lives and my kids were so lucky to have you as their great-grandmother. We will always remember you with a smile. You will be greatly missed.
Mary I am so forever greatful and honored for having you shared your life, wisdom and guidance. Thank you for being who you are and accepting me in your heart. You might be gone but you will always remain in my heart.
Sweet lady, sorry for your loss.
You were not only my mom, but my best friend!
Some of my favorite childhood memories are of going to Grandma's house and building a tent in her living room out of old sheets and the dining room chairs! She never complained at us for doing it and always seemed to enjoy our childish escapades. Whenever we would spend the night, she made us whatever we wanted to eat for breakfast the next morning, pancakes, eggs, bacon, and cinnamon toast, with fresh squeezed orange juice! She told us stories of when she was growing up, and taught us how to do things. As we grew older she had plenty of advice for us and lots of hugs and kisses. I would not be who I am now without her. I miss her very much! She was the best Grandma in the world!!!
Mom, we will miss you and your exuberance for life. We love you and appreciate all that you have done for everyone and us over the years. You were a blessing to all that have known you in those 97 years. You worked hard and set such a good example for your husband, your children, grandchildren, friends, and co-workers. We will miss you greatly.
