Praying the peace of God comforts your hearts in Christ Jesus! Ray was an awesome man and his faith was reflected in his daily walk at work. I am thankful to have worked with him and known him. God bless you all!
We will dearly miss our sweet neighbor, Ray, whom we had come to regard as a friend during our short time in the neighborhood. He always had a smile for us.

Nora, I was saddened and shocked to read of Ray's passing in today's paper. My memories of Ray are special because he was always such a gentlemen and so very kind and friendly. I will certainly be keeping you and your family in my prayers.
I'm so sorry to hear this news. You both have been dear friends to my parents for many years. Lots of great memories with your family. I am praying for you and love you much!
Worked with Ray at IBM. He was a fine gentleman, always ready to help in any way. My condolences to the family.
I worked with Ray after our move from the IBM Catskills plant in 1968 for the IBM 360 Model 75 installation at LTV MSD In Grand Prairie. Our IBM paths crossed several times and I had even been in contact with him recently discussing our travels, I understood he and his wife had visited the Holy Land.
I have always highly valued Ray as a Christian friend!
Ray was a kinda guy you wanted to see, because he always brightened up the situation. Truly a gentleman in every sense of the word. God speed ol friend.
We are very sorry to hear of Ray's passing. We were blessed to have Ray and Nora next door, and they welcomed us to the neighborhood with generosity and good cheer. Though they moved away many years ago, we still think of them often, and still see his red Miata in the garage... and him in his tennis shorts arriving home after a game. Miss Nora's cookies too!
May your family be comforted by the grace of God at this time, and Ray be welcomed into heaven with the same kindness he showed to others while on this earth.
I WAS WITH RAY IN THE KIWANIS SIX FLAGS CLUB, HE WAS TRULY A FINE GENTLEMAN. HE WILL SURELY BE MISSED BY ALL THAT KNEW HIM. -RAY FURTNER-
I will miss Ray very much. He was always there when I wanted to talk to him on the phone. I am honored and proud to be one of his many friends. I have many happy memories of he and I riding the Axtell school bus and playing football together. I was proud to be Best Man in his beautiful wedding.
