Nan, I'm sorry to learn Steve has passed. My condolences and heartfelt prayer for both of you and your loved ones.

When I think of Steve, it always brings fond memories and a warm inner smile to me as he was such a kind and warm friend. He was the only accountant I ever met who could laugh!!!

Worked with Steve at Weaver and Tidwell many years ago. Steve was always a kind gentleman and very honorable. We lost a good one. RIP.

Hi - I'm Steve's niece - Myrna Moss. I got to spend a lot of time with Steve and Nan when I lived in Fort Worth and went to grad school @ TCU. I got to know them pretty well during that time. They became kind of like my Fort Worth parents. I always enjoyed spending time with them. Whether it was cooking for them, going out to eat or checking out some new Fort Worth sites.

Here are some fun Steve memories:

- I used to call him Stevarino or Esteban and it always made him laugh

- If you made him chuckle, you knew he thought whatever you were saying was REALLY funny

- Once I made soup that was WAY too spicy and you should've seen his reaction after he slurped it. Spicy food was NOT his thing.

- He was always happy to hear from me when I called and he was always willing to listen to my New York City stories.

I miss him terribly.
