We are very sorry for your loss. Virginia and Frank were good friends with my brother and his wife, Paul and Kay King from the Toledo Tip Toppers, from many years ago (1960's). When we moved here in 1986 we visited Virginia and Frank, she became our attorney. A kind and friendly person, she will be missed.
I just heard about her passing this morning from Paul sand Kay.
A good friend and a good person. And, always trying to achieve the best for all.
Our prayers and thoughts go to Virginia's family. We have fond memories of her time with HUD Legal Counsel and her work with the desegregation of HUD Assisisted Housing in numerous East Texas counties and the City of Dallas. We also had in common our membership with the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). May you find peace in her wonderful legacy of love and caring for others!
You were and always will be a beautiful lady. My thoughts are with your family..Betty Martinelli, Mother of Attorney Shelley Cooper.
Our hearts are heavy with your passing - you were a passionate fighter and true champion for affordable housing and your legacy will continue to live on in the work that we do for our communities. We will miss you.
You are in our thoughts and prayers in the loss of your mother. May the memories that you treasure bring some peace to your heart. Our love, The Lester Heinzman family
We are so sorry to hear this sad news. Virginia was a lovely lady.
