I always admired Billy. When I was thinking about trying to go back in the service to help out after 9-11. He told me I had done enough in the 20 year military career. My other thoughts are of fishing & hunting with him. My thoughts & prayers are with his family. May God bless & protect them.
Bill Bond was my first boss out of college. I was so grateful to work with him at then, General Dynamics. I remember a Christmas Party at his and Betty's home where he made everyone feel like family. Bill had a reputation of being a "tough" guy but that's not what I remember. I am so thankful for the experience of knowing him and working (learning) from him! He was a great boss and I consider him a friend too. Bill will be missed.
He was a classmate of my brother Clinton, and I got to see him often. He was a true gentleman.

He was one of the good ones. He will be missed. Hugs for the Bond family.
Please accept my condolences. May your family find comfort and hope in drawing close to God at this most difficult time in your lives.
We are thinking of the Bond family right now and send our love and prayers with you all. We had the beautiful pleasure to know and love Billy Bond, he was truly a great man and friend. I believe he is at peace now and no more suffering, and I picture him fishing with my dad, and now getting to know him as a fishing partner in heaven! We love the Bond family with all our hearts and wish them peace at this time. God bless you all, Tony & Pam Denton
