Our thoughts and prayers are with the Williams family. So sorry for your loss. I only met Bill once at Vantage at City View after Tom dropped him off. I introduced myself and told him I thought I knew his son and grandson and sure enough I did!! My son Brian and David have been long time friends since growing up in the same neighborhood. After meeting Bill it is easy to see the legacy Bill left all of you. He was so sweet and kind, a real gentleman with great pride in his entire family. I know your loss is great. May your memories live on in your hearts forever. God less all of you,

Bill was a resident of The Vantage at City View for about a year. We moved in about the same time and we met Bill shortly thereafter and became one of his many friends at The Vantage. He will most assuredly be missed and Virginia and I (Jim) will especially miss him.

My grand father Popi was such a strong presence. He was an intelligent, thoughtful man. I will miss listening to his stories of the past. He was loved and will be missed by all.
