Hi Pattie,
we've never met. I was shocked to hear today of Brian's passing. I worked in Australia with Brian at Lend Lease for several years. I was the one who talked him into investing in Crocodile Dundee.
We also had a large slot car racing set in our garage and Brian uses to come over fregularly with his tool box full of F1 cars as did our Managing Director, Graham Taylor and his kids ...it was a fun time. Infact Brian became like one of the family during those years and our small group at work had a great time and were forever taking each other out to long lunches amongs the long hard days of Project Development.
Whilst I have been to the USA many times I lost contact with Brian and only heard of Brian's passing by a chance meeting with a colleuge I had not seen in some 25 years
My best wishes to you and your family

Pattie, I am deeply sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.
Brian was always a pleasure to work with and I considered him a friend. He will be missed.
Without Brian, Southlake would just be a dot on the map. His vision for Town Square was the start of everything that followed. I remember Brian walking through Town Square often - overseeing every detail. Our condolences to the family. Brian was a wonderful, generous person and will be greatly missed by the citizens of Southlake
