My condolences to the family of this great human being. I remember Mr.Musial when I first met him back in 1951.At that time I was a "bell-boy" at the Hotel where the visiting St.Louis Cardinals team stayed while playing their series with the then N.Y.Giants. Of every single player of any team in the National League Mr. Musial was the only one who say hello and converse with me while doing my jub as a bell-boy. When his team lost a game he will talk to me about what he should have done different to help his team. When they won he mentioned the errors made by the other team as having help his team on the victory. In essence he was the man for all people and share his views about a game with those who loved baseball in those years. Those times are now history but I shall alsays remember Mr.Musial as my favorite (and nicest) player of all times. If there is a baseball league in heaaven I am sure he will be a firt "pick" by any team.
