Jeremy Matthew Gaspar KELLER--Our beloved husband, son, and soon-to-be father, Jeremy Matthew Gaspar, D.O., 32, died Saturday, Dec. 16, 2017, due to injuries suffered when his vehicle was struck by a truck. The accident also claimed the life of his mother-in-law, Terry Ann Hunt, and his beloved dog, Baylee. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: 4 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 21, 2017, at Holy Family Catholic Church, 6150 Pershing Ave., Fort Worth. A reception will follow the Mass. Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday at the church. Interment: All Souls Cemetery, Germantown, Md. MEMORIALS: In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution to the Aria Gaspar Trust, c/o Bulloch, Fly, Hornsby & Evans, P.O. Box 398, Murfreesboro, TN 37133, 615-896-4154, established to care for his daughter. Jeremy was born Dec. 5, 1985, in Walnut Creek, Calif., the son of Julian and Jayanthi Gaspar. He graduated from A&M Consolidated High School, received his bachelor's degree in biomedical sciences from Texas A&M, and his osteopathic degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency at Plaza Medical Center in Fort Worth and was a hospitalist at Medical City Fort Worth and a clinical assistant professor for UNTHSC. He was a member of numerous professional medical organizations. He enjoyed bike riding and playing his guitar. SURVIVORS: His wife, Lauren; eagerly anticipating the birth of his daughter, Aria; parents, Julian and Jayanthi Gaspar; brother, Philip Anthony Gaspar; father-in-law, Charles Hunt; sister-in-law, Jessica Hunt; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces in the Gaspar, Chinnaraj and Hunt families.

Dr gaspar was by far a most compassionate dr he took care of my husband with every hospital stay we are saddened to of heard this news we pray for his family his wife and daughter there will never be a better dr or person

Lauren, your husband was the definition of what you expect in a Doctor, even in the middle of the night when we called him for any orders he will pleasantly talk to you with respect.He valued us nurses and always listened to our suggestions and opinions. Dr Gasper treated his patients with dignity and respect. We will truly miss him. Take heart Lauren,let the good times you had with your dear husband linger in your mind. I wish you strength as and perseverance to take care of your little daughter when she is born. Take heart.

As a former Nurse at Plaza Medical I had the utmost respect for Dr Gaspar and was shocked and deeply saddened to hear this news today. He was a kind soul and he treated the nurses as his equal partner when caring for his patients. He was respectful of our opinion and always welcomed a phone call regarding his patients. I extend sincere condolences to his wife and extended family that they may find peace and comfort in time as I cannot myself understand how such a great young man is not with us anymore.

I worked with Dr. Gaspar when I was a Case Manager at Kindred Hospital. I was so shocked by the news of his passing and sad for his family. Dr. Gaspar was an asset to the community and to Kindred Hospital and it was a blessing to have known and worked with him. Dr. Gaspar was a pleasure to work with. He was always very kind and attentive to the patients. He was very courteous and helpful and was always willing to go the extra mile when needed. He will be missed. He was a great example and an excellent doctor. He will never be forgotten by those whose lives he touched. Please except my sincerest condolences for the multiple losses. May God give you peace and comfort during this time of sorrow.

Dr. Gaspar will be missed by his family, his patients and nurses who have been honored to know him. He was exactly what you believe a doctor should be. He treated nurses with respect and listened to their suggestions, pleasant even in the middle of the night. I'm sure there will be many people to tell his baby girl what a good man he was. So sorry for this family's multiple losses. May God comfort you, Lauren, I cannot image the loss of your mother and husband at the same time!

To the wife Lauren, parents Julian and Jayanthi Gaspar and family member I believe when you look in dictionary and find these words kind hearted, well manner and awesome personality that would be Dr. Jeremy Matthew Gaspar. Most of all his great caring attitude for patients and families. He has left an imprint in our hearts and mind. Although he has left us he will never be forgot.
