Sorry to hear about the passing of Reggie. I grew up with Reggie, living on the next street from him. Have not seen him since we were kids, but I know he will be missed. Rest in peace.

I've known Reggie since 1961 (first grade). We had many memorable experiences in grade school, jr. high & high school. He actually took away my first grade girlfriend (despite the fact that I had given her a transistor radio :) but he & I were tight so it didn't matter to me. During our high school years he would come by in his red Mustang convertible to make sure I had a ride to school. We would always argue over whether the top would be up or down. He wanted the top down so the wind would dry his Beatle style haircut. I was already balding by then and would argue for the top being up. I will also never forget the game changing touchdown pass he caught (because he reminded me of it over & over & over again:) But, what I will remember the most from all of those years is despite the "tough guy" exterior, that all Ridglea West guys seem to have, Reggie had a BIG heart. During our last conversation he told me how much he Loved his Family. All things will pass away but Love will last forever. Love is the greatest of all things. This dear family has been through a lot in the last month. May you be comforted by the Love of our Lord and Savior.
