For Judy: I just found out about Obbie's death. I am so sorry for your loss. I would like to re-establish contact with you if that would be OK with you. Christmas has me thinking about family, and I'd like to connect with my oldest sister, and not just for Christmas. God bless and keep you and your family.

Joy & Family,

Please accept my sincere condolences on the loss of your father. Reading his obituary, it seemed he had a full life, leaving a long legacy behind. Lifting you and your family in prayer.

Sincerely,
June 17, 2013

It was absolute honor to call obie a friend. This man had more class than anyone. He always had a smile on his face. Heaven has a great and new friend. Obie, you will be missed by so many people.
