MARTIN, JR. Arthur John Martin, Jr., age 83, died Sunday, January 13, 2013 at Manorcare of Westerville. He was born March 29, 1929 in Columbus, Ohio. Graduate of Linden McKinley High School. Attended The Ohio State University. Veteran, U.S. Army, Korean War. Preceded in death by parents Arthur and Mary Louise and sister Joanne Martin Gibson. Survived by brother and sister-in-law, Paul E. and Julie Martin of Dublin, OH; three nieces and three nephews. He is also survived by special people in his life, cousins, Barbara and Terry Barton of Seal Beach, CA, and Jourdan Bray. Per his request, private services were held. I am saddened at the death of Art. WE were school friends at Linden-McKinley ( I believe from 7th grade thru 12 th grade) what I did not know >> is that we shared the very same birth date >> ie >> 3/29/1929.
