Bernard was a good neighbor, friend, and classmate at Cambridge High School. He resided and was a friendly neighbor on Clark Street in Cambridge, Ohio. Bernard along with myself were among the few people from Cambridge that honorably served in the US Coast Guard. Bernard is fondly remembered as a good human being, friend and person!
