I met Mitch while in the 54th police recruit class. He was a great guy, good-natured, very friendly, and always fun to be around. He will be sadly missed by those who knew him.

Mary, my deepest sympathies go out to you and your family. May God give you peace during this difficult time in your life.

Mitchell was a great brother-in-law and had a great sense of humor. I will never forget his Glen Campbell hair style and his music. He always gave me good advice. One piece of great advice was to make sure I finish school. It took awhile but I ended up getting my bachelor degree. I will remember those wonderful memories. RIP

Mary, Matt & Mike,

Mitch was a special person and wonderful neighbor. There wasn't anything he wouldn't do for someone else; unselfishly and wishing for nothing in return. He always had a smile and happy greeting to those he encountered. There was also his wonderful sense of humor.

His service to Columbus will not be forgotten.

Mitch will not be forgotten. But he will be missed.

May you find peace with your memories of him.

We are extremely saddened to learn of Mitch's death. Mitch was a loving husband and father, a fine officer and a dear friend. We are forever grateful to Mitch and Mary for their kindness and support when needed the most. Surely Mitch and Martin are enjoying a reunion in heaven. Mitch was an honorable man and will be remembered by us forever. God bless you all and know you are in our prayers now and in the days ahead.
Our love to you.
