I met the Fixari family many years ago when we had horses together. I always had a crush on Joe and thought he and Charlotte were just about the most devoted and beautiful couple I'd ever met and I loved ALL of their kids. My very deepest sympathies to all of you during this time.

Dear Charlotte and kids. I was so sorry to hear about Ed passing. I think of all the fun times we all had traveling with the hockey teams. Who knows, maybe "Uncle Chunk" will be waiting for him.
Charlotte and Family, we send our condolences and prayers as you grieve the loss of a wonderful and gentle Notre Dame man. "Proudly in the Heavens" his spirit survives.
Ms. Kelly and Family, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. May happy memories and the love and support of family get you through this difficult time. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
Mark and Shayne,
We are saddened to learn of your loss. It is a comfort to know that Ed is in a place where there is no pain, ever. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
Some of the best times of my life were spent on the golf course with Eddie, Mark and Christopher. Ed was hilarious, a blast to be around and an all around classy guy. I know he is now in the throne room of the King. May we all rejoice in his salvation and may the Lord's perfect heart now, with all of its grace and forgiveness, cover Ed's wonderful family. Jeannie and I are praying that the pain of your loss is soon entirely replaced by nothing but fabulous memories of Ed, grateful hearts for all of God's blessings on his family, and the hope that you can be reunited with Ed thanks to the sacrifice of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Dear Samantha and Family, This is from Christine Bremner and her Mom (Janet). When you and I were in school around Hilliard I had the privilege of getting to know your parents. Your Dad was an especially kind and gentle soul. I just wanted you to know that Mom and I have you and your family in our thoughts and prayers. May the memories of the good times shared and the legacy of your Dad help sustain you in the days ahead. Prayers are being lifted.
Mr. Ed was one of the most amazing men I have ever met! His laugh and smile is something I will never forget. I had the honor of working with both Ed and Charlotte and it is as true as stated in his obituary...they are the most in love couple I have ever known. Ed and Charlotte are "two peas in a pod" and they compliment each other so well. I've never seen a love so strong and their marriage has encouraged me to strive for the same. Ed will surely be missed. He was a very compassionate and caring man and EVERYONE loved him. Aside from all the wonderful things about him as a person, I remember Mr. Ed for his neck ties! He was an extraordinary person! He will never be forgotten!
To Ed, whom I came to meet at a younger age,by working with Dr. Mark and Shayne Fixari. He was one of the most kind, caring, and funniest people you could meet. He will be missed so much by his family, but also by the people he affected. I just happened to be one of those people. My heart goes out to ALL of the Fixari Family. He was a Great Man.
Miss Charlotte and family,
We are sending our condolences on your loss. Working for you and Ed was a fabulous time in my life. I will never forget Hunter taking walks with Ed through the building to check on how things were going. We will never forget his laughter and kindness.
May this candle shine as bright as your personality and compassion for all you came in contact withb

I was so saddened to hear of Mr. Ed's passing. I was fortunate enough to work at both Pickerington and Reynoldsburg Schools. You knew you would have a great day when Mr. Ed greeted you with his warm and caring smile. We here have lost a true gentleman, but I believe heaven is rejoicing. I can see all the children lined up with huge smiles on their faces whispering Mr. Ed's here, Mr. Ed's here then waiting patiently for their hugs. It was an honor and privilege to have known him. My condolences and prayers are with all of you at this most difficult time.
Kelly and family. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. May the fond memories you share help brighten the path during this most difficult time. My thoughts and prayers re with you.
I met Mr. Ed when he hired me as a teacher at The Goddard School in Pickerington some 13 years ago. It was one of the greatest moves I have ever made.
Mr. Ed was one of those heroes among men. He was always kind, thoughtful and made everyone seem like part of the family. I, in fact, felt like Ed was more of a second father and mentor to me. I will always treasure the time we had spent together and those Fixari hugs and kisses. He will be greatly missed by us all.
We are so sorry for your loss, our Prayers and thoughts are with you..
Many memories fill my heart with proud and honor for being part of the staff at his school in Reynoldsburg. Having the pleasure of knowing Mr. Ed and working for him was such a blessing in my life and a great honor. All those years I loved going to work because Mr. Ed was a wonderful, kind, faithful truly caring man. Parents and staff always welcomed and greeted with such warm smile, and hugs making us all feel part of the big family he made out of his schools. Now he is no longer among us but will continue to stay present in our most fond memories. With truly deep sadness I extend my condolences to his family and my very special dearest Scott and Mrs. Charlotte and may God and prayers bring comfort to you hearts
This man so fondly known by his Goddard family as Mr. Ed had a heart made of gold. Always welcoming and comforting to the children at his school. Goddard along with the world truly lost a great man. Thank you Mr. Ed for being there for me and taking a chance on me. I loved working for you and appreciate your love for life. My prayers of comfort to your Charlotte and family. May God be with them all. Thank you Mr. Ed for being you.
You are in our thoughts. Much love & peace to you all.
Ed was always so remarkably welcoming to me during my trips to Columbus as well as his trips to Philly. His smile was infectious and his ability to look past his limitations and live without feeling sorry for himself is something that made him a kind of hero in my eyes. I will always remember sitting on the couch watching golf with him. I will miss him and think of him often. What a great man. I feel blessed to have had him in my life.
My thoughts and prayers to the Fixari family. Mr. Ed was an amazing man. He will be missed.
To our most amazing angel
My father was the most extraordinary man I have ever known. I can only aspire to be as kind, considerate and compassionate a man as he always was. I was blessed to be able to spend the last 7 years living by his side. I will miss him more than words can ever express. I love you Dad...and I know you are in place where you can live without pain and be in the company of those who loved you before they passed. It's their turn now to be blessed with your presence once again. Don't worry Dad, we'll take care of mom. I promise to never leave her side. She won't ever be alone.
I am so heartbroken for you all. He was a wonderful man who I always adored. I will be thinking about the family and remember what a wonderful, compassionate man the world lost. Kisses and hugs to you all.
The heavens have welcomed a very special man. We met Ed and Charlotte for dinner around 6 years ago, to discuss buying a Goddard School. Their passion was the deciding factor and we now own 2. Ed and Charlotte helped us in the beginning to understand the business and the importance of running a great school. While visiting their school one day, I couldn't help but notice the way the parents and children's face's lit up, when Ed greeted them at the door. Blessings to Charlotte and all the family. May God's love and peace bring you comfort.
My prayer's out to his family. He had a heart as big as Notre Dames Stadium! He was a very special man. With every activity he was involved with he made sure it was done to perfection. He will be missed by many family member's and friends.
I am so sorry for your loss. Mr. Ed was an amazing man and he will be greatly missed. I will never forget how he taught me the "correct" way to answer the phone at Goddard. He touched so many lives and made so many teachers and students feel special on a daily basis. He always had a hug for me and I so appreciated it. That was especially true after my father was gone. I appreciate all he did for me as I was attempting to learn the "Fixari Way" at school. Mr. Ed was a wonderful man and I am very sorry for your sadness.
Wonderful memories of the days Ed stopped to chat in his son Dr. Mark and Dr. Shanes office when I worked with them. An anniversary Mass will be offered each month for Ed at Holy Name Catholic Church in Columbus, Ohio for the next year. God Bless all of his wonderful family. Jeanne Brown
To Drs. Mark & Shayne Fixari and the rest of the Fixari Family: I would like to express my deepest sympathy because I know personally how much your father loved you and you loved him. His wonderful demeanor and his love for God and love for people will continue to live through you.

MY DEAREST FRIEND MARK; I AM SO SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS. YOU WILL ALWAYS HAVE A FRIEND IN JUDY AND I,
Mr. Ed saying a final thing to you....its hard to think the world has lost a person that just lit up a room so much. Working for you for years was a joy I won't forget. You changed the world for the better in so many ways. I wish you eternal peace , happiness and rest.
