I was so saddened when I read about John's passing. As Kassie and I were talking about how much he meant to us, with tears in her eyes, Kassie said " he taught me how to shake hands". No matter how small, he has left an impression in all of our hearts. We love you Debbie
Your family is in our thoughts and prayers.
I always enjoyed sitting and chatting with John and Debbie at the Abram events and cookouts!! Loved his cooking!! Such a good man! He will be missed! God Bless,
Debbie, I'm sorry for your loss. I always looked forward to seeing John back in his shop, and discuss his current projects, where he took the time to share some of his wood trim coping skills and secrets, and discuss our rentals. I still treasure the blue pen he made me. I regret not taking the time to play that game of pool he wanted to play. We all lost a great guy. -----Deepest Sympathy ----John ( Old UPS driver )
Deb, our prayers are with you and your family. He will continue to live on in your hearts where memories of him are etched.

I clicked on the Dispatch's link to their obituaries and the Spotlight Obituary was John. I smiled seeing his sweet face and smile and thought how appropriate. He was a spotlight in life as well. He will be missed but always remembered - he made the best chicken noodle soup I have ever tasted. !
