Just like Kathy I knew Michael from our days at St Christopher (St Chris). Mike was someone who made friends easily; and they will always keep that in mind. I lost touch with Mike when he attended Grandview and I went to Aquinas. But he will never be forgotten.

I have known Mike since grade school and though we have lost touch over the years, I will never forget him and his seriously dry sense of humor. He was great guy. My heart goes out to his family and his brothers.

The beauty of Grandview Heights High School's small size is that it allows classmates from one class to get to know and to become friends with members of another class. And so it was with my graduating class of '67 that many of us were friends of Mike and his classmates of 1966. We got into a lot of trouble with Mike during high school and had a helluva lot of fun along the way. He was an unbelievable driver in high school, especially for someone that was almost blind without glasses that he never wore. Crashed his parent's car into a lightpole which was the first step in giving another classmate his never to be forgotten nickname of Gizmo. We all loved Watty. Funny guy. Lot more stories, but not for here. We'll talk about him until we're all gone. Bill '67
