We just heard about Sally's passing through news from Franklin Park Conservatory. So sorry we didn't know about the funeral service. She was a wonderful neighbor and friend. We always enjoyed seeing her at Rocky Fork with many of her children and grandchildren. She was a great hostess and we always felt so welcome in her beautiful home a midst her fabulous gardens. She will be missed but warmly remembered. Sandra and Gilman Kirk
Please know that all of us at 3 Cedar Lane will miss Sally greatly. She was an inspiration to us on so many levels. From her reading lists to her Mojito recipe, she was absolutely one of a kind. Our deepest sympathies.
My deepest sympathies to the entire Hoffman family. Although I did not know your mom well, I know how fond my brother Steve was of her. I know you will all hold up well and do a wonderful job honoring your mother in the days and weeks ahead - because you have each other. Much love from me and my family to all of you.... Wendy Sweney
Sally was a great friend to Bexley, sharing her love of trees and gardens with the community and helping to improve the community in such meaningful ways. Whenever you walk Main Street, look up at the London Plane trees and remember Sally, who helped place them there many decades ago. Through them we will remember her for many many more years to come. - Mayor Ben Kessler
Sally was a wonderful supporter of The Lamp Shade for many years. Please accept our sincere condolences. May all your happy memories comfort you always.
You had such a beautiful heart. You will be greatly missed.
My sincere condolences to your family.
I will miss Sally dearly. What a wonderful giving person. Loved her spirit, vitality and charm. Could not ask for a nicer and more cheerful neighbor. Sessions Village is the poorer for her absence. Michael Zikas
God comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort we receive from God.
