I also grew up with Flippo along with my siblings and oh how we loved Flippo. I remember being on stage with him at Southwood Elementary School when I was about 5 or 6 and I was so excited. Flippo was at the Ohio State Fair one year when we were back in Columbus visiting and I took my kids to see him as I wanted them to know who Flippo was. I am sure there is laughter today in heaven. He was an icon and will be missed. I will always have fond memories of Flippo the Clown.
