I'll always remember the seven fun years working with Flippo at QUBE. Columbus has lost a true television legend and a wonderful entertainer. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family, and also to his greater family of friends and fans.

Watching Flippo on TV after school was one of my favorite childhood memories of the Sixties. I had the pleasure of meeting Marvin in 1969 at the WBNS-10 studios while waiting to go on the air for "In The Know", a high school quiz bowl show; I had the pleasure of chatting with him again this past year at a photo signing. He was still a gentleman and a jokester. Rest in peace, Flippo.

I will always have fond childhood memories of racing home after school to watch "Flippo" the clown. What a wonderful program the children of Columbus had back then! I send my sincere sympathy to his family. Terrie Fulk

Loved his show. Watched for years, including when he drove that 3 wheeled car. The whole family liked Flippo.

We are so sorry to hear of the passing of our "great" friend and a "great" clown. Bob will be missed by so many....we, along with our children, have so many fond memories. So sorry we are not able to be in Ohio..we are there in spirit. (I Wish You Love!)

I was not only lucky enough to be his manager and producer but I had the special delight in having him for a friend. I was spoiled by is attention: you never met a happier person. Please remember that the joy he gave you came back to him a hundredfold. He absolutely loved the laughter. He made the world a better place and is sadly missed by all of us Flippo fans. Thank you Marvin W. Fishman!
