Ben was a gentle man that saw everything and everyone in a positive way. Nothing seemed to get him down. We worked together at the University of MS Medical Center and he was a friend and mentor. I believe Ben was a philosopher at heart. He always had words of wisdom to share in most all situations. The one I remember most is, “Practice does not make perfect. Perfect Practice make perfect.” Ben was a positive influence in my live and gentle nudged me toward being a better person.
