Sue was a lovely person and a great friend. We worked together in the Ad Hoc Group for Equal Rights for Women at the United Nations. She was part of a significant and meaningful time in my life. We fought for womens rights together, shared many laughs, and, whenever International Womens Day is celebrated, remember that Susan played an important part in this special day being set in our calendar.
I will always remember you Susan and the many special times we shared as young women at the UN. May you Rest In Peace.

Condolences Sam and Sasha. I remember Sue fondly from our days in New York as well as London when she coordinated the accounting for Live Aid. No easy task I am sure. I only saw her once in Wellington subsequently. It was a few years ago and she was in good spirits and good health. That's the way I will remember her.

Such a decent intelligent interesting person with no pretensions - I always enjoyed her company. Thinking of her family and friends at this sad time.

So sorry to hear of Sue's death. She was such a vibrant part of our little conversation group and worked so hard on her French - an example to us all. Love to Sam and Sacha.

Sorry to hear of Sue's passing. She was such a dedicated worker for our local Mt Victoria community and in a wider sense for the whole planet. Sue showed both a love of nature and a deep understanding of how government worked in her many submissions on plans. I will miss her kindness and her clear focus on a green environment.
