A legend has passed...
Heartfelt condolences to Eddie's family and friends. He was an incredible bluesman, and a wonderful human being. I will always remember his smile and his soulful licks.

We loved you man, missed very few of your appearence in Belgium, Spain and Switzerland. Family friends of Judy Ramsey.

Eddie will surely be missed by Larry Cornelius "Funky Fingers" Bass Player, we played together in Atlanta 1979, also in Macon, Ga.at Club 500,and on several occassions. A legend is gone on . I can see Eddie smiling on stage at Club 15, Adams Lounge,The Wagon Wheel and all the clubs in Macon, Ga. playing with Othis Redding, Johnny Jenkins and others . May God Bless his Soul.

I saw Eddie Sat night. It was as I'll
always think of him--on stage with a huge
smile on his face--between sets graciously talking to ANYONE who approached him. I've seen him many times
over the past 25 years, and that's how he always was. My condolences to his family.
