Gary, Linda, Shawn, Ted and Sharon,

I just again reviewed all the beautiful and inspiring comments from your many friends and family. Shelli is at peace now and in a better place. My heart aches for all of you. I hope my presence, Gary, will be felt even though I am not there physically; you have always been there for me and my love is real.
My sister, Linda, sends her kindest personal regards too.

My personal experiences with my cousin were all from our younger days and were somewhat rare, but every one of them stamped a lovely memory within me. Shelli (and of course Shawn as well) represented California sunlight to me. One of my fondest memories as a child, was a road trip I took with Shelli, Shawn, and (their close friend and father) Gary. We laughed and sang and told jokes and they all treated me as if I were an itegral part of their merry band-of-thieves. To this day, when I think of my (Meier) family, it's always those 3 that come to mind first, and I still find that my poker face brightens up every time as well. I love you all and even though I won't be able to make it down to pay my respects in person, please know that my heart is with you all!

I will miss Shelli for several reasons but the saddest for me is just how much she reminded me of my mother. Whenever we spent time together it was like getting to hang with my mother again, and I am sad that is no more. Please know Gary and Shawn that breaks our hearts to think of the pain you two are experiencing.

Michelle was such a nice person with a beautiful spirit inside and out. I had the pleasure of working with her over the last 6 years. She always took the time to stop and help me when ever I needed help. I am so sorry to hear of her early passing. She will be missed, and I feel blessed to have known her. My prayers and thoughts go out to her family.

To the family of Shelli, Even though I only saw you and your sister once in my life, I will always remember the good time I had with Shelli, Shawn and Linda at Disneyland on my way back from Hawaii in April of 1969. I do have a picture that Linda took of us if I can find it! I was so happy when we connected on Facebook. I am so very sorry of your untimely death. I was very saddened to lose one of my cousins. May God bless all of you and surround you with His tender and loving care. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Love,
Fay (2nd cousin)

Dear family of Michelle,
May this thought bring You comfort,
that, "because Unforeseen occurrence befall them all....For man also does not know his/her time when it falls upon them suddenly"(Ecclesiastes 9:11,12) God promises that soon we will not have to deal with such sadness, ever again.
