Memories are a consolation Peg, I remember sitting upstairs in the Palais while you danced the afternoon away, and taking me cycling with your friends, everywhere you could take me - you did.
I knew how much you loved me when you insisted on me being your bridesmaid when you could have had either one of our other 2 sisters or your best friend, I was too young to be a bridesmaid so you had to wait until I was 15 - you waited and married 4 days later. I was in awe of you that day Peg, you were so beautiful,I can still see you walking down the aisle - a picture -.
Although I have been far away from you we were forever close. I will miss out chats on the phone where we shared out innermost thoughts. You have been a wonderful sister Peg and I thank God for you, when the chips were down - I had you and I know that from wherever you are you will still be there for me

You have been a wonderful big sister Peg and I thank God for you, when the chips were down for me, I had you. - I know that wherever you are you will still be there for me.
