March-17-18
I only got to know Alice briefly from attending church. She was a sweet, kind and gentle lady who helped her husband Ron with bringing produce from their garden during the summer and autumn months. I will miss seeing and chatting with Alice. May she find peace and comfort in God's Loving Presence.

Alice was a dear friend to our parents. Mum (Pam) sends her deepest regards.

Alice was a gentle spirit who participated in the life of McDougall United Church. through its Bible Study and various other programs. She would preside over the share table, helping her husband in the distribution of their garden produce (vegetables, flowers and rhubarb). She will be missed. My thoughts are with her family and friends during this time of loss.

The Staff and Volunteers of the Sage Seniors Association, formerly the Society for the Retired and Semi-Retired, send our sincere condolences to Alice's family and friends.
Sage (the Society) continues to serve and engage with seniors many years after Alice's inspired leadership. The organization has built on her vision and commitment to this important work and we are sincerely grateful to have benefited from Alice's efforts and expertise.
I am personally deeply appreciative to have the opportunity to follow in her footsteps.

Sincerely,
Karen McDonald
Executive Director
Sage Seniors Association
