February-20-18
It is with sadness that I learned of the passing of Sister Elizabeth. It is also with regret that in more recent years we had lost touch.
However, in years past when my children were young she was a constant in our lives, teaching them cathecism, making home visits, and of course there to greet us on Sunday mornings, and all of the church outings. When we first met her it was at the old St. James church near Bonnie Doon, my children were probably around 3 and 4 years old at the time (both are deaf).
She always made time for us, and especially for the children, I wish I had the picture with me to post here, but when my children made their first communion the one that was just as happy for the event besides our family was Sister Elizabeth.
God Bless and may you rest in peace, always remembered
