JACOBS, Leona
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Leona Marcelle Jacobs on January 19, 2018 at the age of 72 years.
Left to cherish her memory are her brother Brian, her sister Barbara; her nieces, Heather and Nicole; her nephew, Cameron (Shanna); great-nieces Madeleine and Vivian and many other family members and dear friends. Leona was predeceased by her father George in 1954 and her mother Marcelle in 2009
Leona has been cremated and a celebration of her life will be held at a later date. If you are interested in receiving additional information about this event, please send an email to [email protected].
In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Alberta or the Edmonton Humane Society.

I met Leona at Rutherford Seniors Home. She sat in the dining hall with my mom Edith Harel. My mom really misses Leona as they became good friends. I would visit often and we would go to the Coffee Cafe and chit chat or sing songs. Leona loved to sing. She is missed.
