Dear Way Family: I worked with your Mom years ago at the St. Albert Wal-Mart. She was such a pleasure to work with and so very Friendly to. May she rest in peace & condolences to your family. My Deepest Sympathies on your loss

I met Fredda when she lived at St. Andrews Center, when my Mom (Ann Hooke) lived there. It was always entertaining to sit at the table at supper time and join in the fun and laughter which she was a big part of. She was an exceptional and genuine lady. She will be missed. My sincere condolences.

Mrs. Way had an amazing sense of humour and a strong work ethic. She was an exceptionally kind woman and the salt of the earth. I have very fond memories of Fredda (and her collection of royal doulton figurines!) The entire Way family is a one-of-a-kind clan and I feel fortunate to have a special connection with them. I would say "Fredda rest in peace",but she will be too busy with Mr. Way and Scott right now, so I will say thank you so much for your love and friendship.

Dear Way Family: I've many memories of your Mum from when I was a kid, growing up across the alley from you in Jasper. My sister D.j. and I would babysit for Scott. I will always remember being well paid, Mrs. Way's stash of Hacks cough drops, and her reminder to "flush the ash trays down the toilet"!!. Your parents were one of a kind, and now that they've been reunited, and with Scott, may they all Rest in Peace Eternal!!

What a special lady, I met Fredda when she came to the MLA's office for help with supports for Scott. I wish we could have done more but she was always so gracious and kind. What a sweetheart - may she rest in peace.
